Community Facilities

Sunshine Cove will boast generous community facilities including 700m2 of floor space for exclusive community use. There will also be a large 3 hectare cultural heritage conservation area dedicated to the community and Sunshine Coast Regional Council, as well as numerous parks and public facilities, such as walkways, pathways, bridges, wharves and moorings. In total, as much as 18% of the 106 hectare site has been dedicated to community facilities.
