Lakes

Sunshine Cove's impressive lake and wetland system, which encompasses 25 hectares of the site, has two very important functions. Firstly, we expanded the lakes area to include two large parklands on the water's edge, as well as numerous boardwalks, wharves, bridges and moorings for the benefit of both residents and the local community. Secondly, the lakes and wetlands now provide the surrounding area with a first class stormwater management system.
