Thank you so much for looking after us so well during the period of the purchase of this block. It was a fantastic advancement to be able to drive right to the site without having to seek your assistance. Dealing with you people made this purchase an absolute pleasure.
I am very proud of the way in which I acquired this block and I have no doubt you remember the details. It was great to meet with your General Manager, Evan on our very first meeting. Being able to purchase this block with a small deposit was something else. The time factor enabled us to prepare and sell our house, find a builder and have plans and specs drawn up. Rick is ready to start soon.
Thanks also to Glen for his help with the Engineering questions. We appreciate the tremendous effort that has gone into producing this development and are very happy with the outcome. Thanks again.

Just a short note of thanks for the way in which you assisted I and my husband throughout our land purchase at Sunshine Cove. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone take the time to engage with us rather than just deliver the hard sell.
Thanks also for putting us in contact with Rick Herden of Signature Wright Homes. Rick has been great to deal with throughout the design process. We are so looking forward to beginning the build of our home, almost as much as joining the community.
By the way, whilst it has been a few weeks since being there I can’t believe how beautiful the place is looking. And so many new homes. It’s terrific to see.

Big thank you to the team at Sunshine Cove – the whole process for our first investment property has been fabulously easy and truly rewarding. From purchasing our land, to designing our house including Glen’s helpful feedback on our plan before we finalised with the builder. It has been great – indeed our family wishes we could live in our investment property and who wouldn’t want to with water views and direct access to the park.
